ChipFIX Tech Works Service Terms and Conditions
Before You Submit Your Device
•Backup all data. Not responsible for data loss.
•Remove SIM, memory card, covers, cases, and accessories.
•Present Job Sheet Customer Copy at pickup.
Diagnostics & Warranty
•Diagnostic Fee: INR 500 (non-refundable, adjustable in final invoice).
•Not a brand-authorised service centre; brand warranty may lapse.
•Limited warranty applies only to parts replaced by ChipFiX.
•Customers handle brand warranty claims for spares outside ChipFiX warranty.
Repair Risks
•Repairs may fail for water, physical, or motherboard damage.
•Devices may become permanently unusable during repair.
•Waterproofing or factory seal cannot be guaranteed after repair.
•ChipFiX not liable for hidden defects or prior modifications.
Payments & Pickup
•Full payment required before delivery.
•Check device thoroughly at pickup; post-delivery issues may not be accepted.
•Uncollected devices: INR 100/day storage; 30+ days may be disposed/recycled/sold to recover costs.
Agreement
By submitting your device, you acknowledge these terms and indemnify ChipFiX TechWorks from claims arising from repair or installed parts. ChipFIX reserves the rights the ament and update the service terms and conditions.
